Best Time Saving Tip: Prep the night before – never leave it to “I’ll do that in the morning”

 

Best Quick Midweek Dish: Stir fry – seconds!!

 

Lark or Owl: Both – think I might be sub human 

 

I like to exercise… whenever I can – no pressure - enjoy it

 

Cornwall or Caribbean: Caribbean – but whoever gets the chance nowadays

 

Americano or Chai Latte: Chai Latte

 

The book I’m reading: Shoe Dog – Phil Knight

 

The book I’d give to a friend to cheer her up: Motorcycle Diaries – Ernesto Che Guevara totally inspiring

 

A sign of a good weekend is… didn’t turn my laptop on

 

Best advice given: You can do it and don’t let anyone tell you, you can’t!!!

 

When I feel overwhelmed I… Take the dog for a walk

I believe if you’re thinking about a Next Chapter you should… be confident in what that chapter is - you know you.
